We now know who’s going head to head at the Super Bowl! First, the Denver Broncos took down the New England Patriots to settle up the AFC championship. Then, the Seattle Seahawks defeated the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon to take the NFC crown. On February 2, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the Seahawks will be facing the Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII! It was a close call for the Seahawks, however, when 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick nearly made an 18-yard pass to Michael Crabtree in the final 30 seconds. Seattle’s Richard Sherman jumped and batted the ball up for an interception by Malcolm Smith, keeping the narrow 23-17 lead intact.
