Super Bowl 50
All eyes wee on quarterbacks Cam Newton and Peyton Manning.

The American Football Conference champion Denver Broncos beat the National Football Conference champion Carolina Panthers 24-10 in Super Bowl 50, for their third Super Bowl title.

39-year-old Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning became the oldest quarterback ever to start and to win, while Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was name MVP for the 2015 season.

The infamous Super Bowl ads cost a record $5 million for a 30-second advertisement, as companies pumped out hilarious and wacky commercials for a massive audience.

Super Bowl 50 didn’t quite beat last year’s 114.4 million viewers, bringing in 111.9 million.

Pop icon Lady Gaga sang the national anthem, while the halftime show featured British rock group Coldplay, Beyoncé, and Bruno Mars.
