Guusto is an absolutely amazing employee recognition tool! It’s so simple to use, and it’s great giving our people the choice of where they want to redeem. Also, their customer support team has been outstanding whenever we’ve had questions.

Gusto has some nice features and we’ve been using their payroll service for two years. While running into documentation issues in the past, it took days for them to acknowledge our email request, plus weeks after for them to fix our problem. I would not recommend them if you have anything but the most basic bookkeeping payroll needs. I do NOT recommend them if you need additional support in employee benefits or fixing reporting errors. Employees will receive an email when the latest stub is available to view or download, and even former employees will have continued access to their historical pay stubs and W-2s.

Gusto For New Business

It’s a week later and he still has not gotten cleared and has a project pending he can’t pay out because the person was to be paid by this Friday. I feel horrible that I vouched and spoke so highly, I guess my experiences however positive doesn’t always cross the barrier. It’s so unfortunate because my personal experience prior to referring was great.
