The Indiana Pacers are off to a strong start this season, hitting a 4-0 record after their 99-91 victory over the Pistons. They built a 15-point lead early on, but then limped forward with only 9 points in the second quarter. In the second half, though, Paul George scored 19 of his game-high 31 points. While the Pistons had a strong 9-2 run to start the fourth, the Pacers soon went ballistic on an 18-3 surge and sealed the deal thereafter.
