Despite Blake Griffin’s 27 points and Chris Paul’s 17 points, the Oklahoma City’s defense kept the Clippers away from the net on Thursday night. Kevin Durant led the scorers with 28 points, 8 assists, and 6 rebounds, while Jamal Crawford scored 18 points and 4 assists. One lucky fan of the game, 33-year-old business teacher Brad Brucker, won the $20,000 half-court heave prize. He was congratulated by Beyoncé and Jay-Z, who were in attendance with courtside seats next to Durant’s family.
